Ruth Bader Ginsburg Trashes the Constitution on Egyptian Television

Take a quick look at this quick clip from Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg‘s interview on egtptian television:The entire interview is nearly twenty minutes long and freely available on YouTube if you feel the need to watch the whole thing, but you have gotten the gist of bader’s attitude throughout just in this small clip. Ginsburg, who job it is to defend the constitution of the united states, does not think it is useful for modern times. South Africa, Canada, and parts of Europe…now there is where you ought to be looking, Egypt.

Before reading any further, appreciate this: here is a professional, well educated, wealthy Jewish woman who has reached a career mark--Supreme Court Justice--of which virtually every legal professional in the United states can only dream. The reason she has achieved such a height is because of the freedoms granted to her by the Constitution she admits to despising. She has now gone on television in Egypt, a country which despises women, particularly powerful ones, Jews, and freedoms like those in the United states, to tell Egyptians to disregard our Constitution. You cannot make this stuff up, folks.

Surprisingly, Ginsburg’s trashing the Constitution is not an impeachable offense. It does strike me as treasonous, but as I respect the Constitution obviously more than Ginsburg, I will let it go because of freedom of speech. Well, that and Ginsburg looks like she could fall over dead any minute and I would hate to violate the mortuis nil nisi bonum principle. I cannot keep track of her status every waking moment.

In some ways, Ginsburg candor is a boon to conservatives and strict constructionists in particular. She is the one who admitted the Roe decision was intended to limit the poor minority population through the genocide of unborn black and Hispanic children. Now she has confessed the progressive’s contempt for founding principle’s. Further along in the interview, Ginsburg notes one of the major flaws of the Constitution is the lack of input from women and minorities in its drafting. White man cannot understand freedom because they are the wrong color and gender, presumably.

It is amazing. At least one, and perhaps as much as a working majority, of the Supreme Court Justices, despise the Constitution and are chomping at the bit to change it to fit modern times. This without the slightest hint of awareness how they and every other american alive and dead have benefited from it. Unreal.
"Zzzzzz..."
Yeah, we are in good hands here.
